Best tonkatsu I had in Japan, hands down. In a whole different league. Incredibly well cooked, juicy pork and perfect breading. The usual refills on cabbage but I particularly liked that they also provided a refill on rice (at least when I asked using my very limited Japanese). Very nice, respectful staff. I will be back next time I’m in Tokyo.
